**Position**:Bilingual Relations & Data Entry Specialist (Tier 1)

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday: rotating 8:00am to 4:30pm, 10:00am to 6:30pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm; rotating Saturdays and Sundays (flexible work options)
**Type**: Full-Time, 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
**Location**: Head Office, Ayr, Ontario (Remote)

We are seeking a Client Relations & Data Entry Specialist to become an important member of the A&D Results department. This position is very important to the overall success of our organization and requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is rotating day/evenings shift and weekend work.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
- Process test results
- Accurate Data entry of complicated sensitive information
**What you need to be successful in the role**:
- Must be fluent in French (Both written and Verbal)
- High school diploma
- 2 years of data/field entry experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Detail oriented with accuracy
