We are looking to add Logistics Dispatcher who is focused on solutions, is accurate with details, understands and acts with urgency on on follow-up and communication, and is 100% passionate about exceeding our customer expectations.

**Duties**:

- Negotiate with US and Canadian Transportation providers to correct rate and service.
- Support all customer service needs of customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Process requests for quotes and follow up to secure load.
- Collaborate and offer assistance to other team members in the Trucking, Customs and Warehouse divisions.
- Responsible for all cost analysis, rating, and collection of all associated documentation to finalize load process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years transportation or freight forwarding/logistics experience in a 3PL environment.
- Impeccable Attention to Detail for both written and oral communications.
- Strong ability to work with numbers and calculations.
- Ability to multi task and work independent or in a team environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
- Computer literacy

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
