We are currently looking for **a* **Machine Operator* for our Bolton plant. This job position is a **rotating day and night shift** (every two weeks). Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 6 pm ( and 6 pm to 6 am). 48 hours, 4 hours paid in OT.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Machine operator must be able to handle various tasks including the following:

- Operate the machine, all the related equipment and ensure its good functioning
- Follow quality manual and health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in maintenance work, mould changes and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Performs operations and necessary adjustments for machine start up, programs equipment in accordance to the product requested, adjust the machine and equipment
- Completes quality and production reports
- Look after the curing of the products to ensure a good curing
- Clean up tasks as required, like cleaning Press / Mixer, keeps work area and toolbox clean

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing work experience
- Good team work skills and initiative
- Safety oriented
- Good mechanical aptitudes and capability to progress as a machine operator
- Good learning capabilities
- Capability to perform continual physical work
