- RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight and order fulfillment.
- Organizing and scheduling pick and preparation items from the warehouse before arranged deliveries.
- Coordinating parcel shipping as well as freight/customer pickup schedule.
- Ensure the accuracy of all inbound/outbound orders.
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
- Update inventory system and other documentation for successful deliveries.
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of previous related experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work 100% in the office.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift and assist mail carriers by loading packages onto a dolly.
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing over 45 pounds without assistance.
- Must have working knowledge of Shipping/ Receiving.
- Professional office work environment/Typical Business office
