**Job description**

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Employment Counsellor to join our team. As an Employment Counsellor, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals in their job search and career development.

**Duties**:

- Conduct interviews to assess clients' skills, education, and work experience
- Educate clients on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clients' employability skills
- Assist in recruiting efforts to match clients with suitable job opportunities
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their job search process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counselling, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in interviewing, training development, and recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment resources

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
