Superior Glove Works Ltd.is currently seeking a **Hand Safety Program Manager **to support our program across Canada. Future travel may include international travel.
**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the VP Canada & International Sales, the Hand Safety Program Manager will proactively focus on business development and growth achieved by increased sales as an outcome from deploying the Hand Safety Program. Hand Safety Program Manager will engage with sales teams to educate, refine, and provide increased momentum on a sustained and consistent Hand Safety Program across the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow current business of distributor accounts and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Plan and work within a defined territory on stated company sales objectives with a minimum amount of supervision and guidance.
- Demonstrate mastery of strategic selling skills by generating interest and cultivating business relationships to meet or exceed budgeted volumes and contributions.
- Effectively and proactively communicate with external and internal customers to facilitate achievement of company goals and targets.
- Develop HSP plan for all territories in conjunction with Territory Managers to increase sales leveraging the Hand Safety Program (HSP).
- Creating sustainable materials for Territory Managers and Enablement teams to progress and improve the HSP.
- Monitor and evaluate the program on an ongoing basis. Collect end user information as well as industry safety updates, for program consideration.
- Work with Enablement team to continuously improve and refine the HSP and provide aligned and consistent support for sales team.
- Tracking success of program, opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Increase revenue with existing distributors through partnership and building relationships at all levels of the organizations.
- Develop and maintain in depth product knowledge
- Remain up to date with industry safety standards
- Remain current with all administrative tasks to support success
- Maintain a driving record that reflects safe driving habits (abstract) and provide annual proof of insurability.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years business to business (B2B) sales experience
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new end users
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
- Experience working with CRM / Salesforce is required
- Health and Safety Designation or working towards is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma Certification training would be considered an asset
- Bi-lingual (English & French / English & Spanish) is considered an asset
- Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently within a team environment and strives to be the best
- Valid passport and driver’s license with satisfactory driving record (abstract)
- Travel up to 70% of work week - This may include some weekends and evenings
- Willingness to complete criminal background check
