**ABOUT US**

**DIVISION/DEPARTMENT**

Sales

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

MP Lighting is looking for a full-time, permanent Quotations Specialist.This position will provide quotations to customers and coordinate with internal personnel, including regional sales managers, customer service reps, engineers, product designers and production.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and maintain quotes electronically in Microsoft NAV system in a timely manner by coordinating with engineers, product designers and production team.
- Provide customers with product pricing, availability and lead time information.
- Review customer specifications and drawings to ensure provided quotes are technically compatible.
- Update team with industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback for team improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Office.
- Good verbal/written communication skills in English and customer service skills.
- Can work independently and in a team.
- Experience working with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
- Lighting industry experience is a plus, preferably in quotations and/or sales estimation.
- Knowledge or experience reading blueprints and construction drawings is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of lighting in general and lighting installations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
