**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are based in Peterborough, Ontario, and it is preferred that you are too. However, we are open to a hybrid or work from home arrangement for the right person.

There is great room for growth in this position and an unlimited number of ways you can support my work and company.

I don’t have time to micro-manage (that’s why I need you) so I’ll work best with someone who is independent, self-motivated, and doesn’t need direction 24/7. You would be a great fit if you hold yourself to high standards and deliver excellent work.

Your follow-up is impeccable and you always know what’s on your task list.

**Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities Include**:

- Prepare a monthly calendar of social media content
- Create social media content including listings, sales, blog promotion, guide promotion, general brand recognition, testimonials, etc.
- Create and post content
- Create and post ads on social media
- Research

Preferred Computer and Software Competencies:

- Knowledge and experience in Google Suites
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, Express, and InDesign
- Experience with Wordpress or other website platforms
- Social Media fluency

OTHER DUTIES
- Take on marketing projects
- Communicate and work together with our digital marketing team
- Administrative support as required
- Flexibility to work one weekend a month on call
- Photo and video editing

BACKGROUND
- Customer service experience
- Marketing experience preferred but not required
- Administrative experience preferred but not required
- Photography, video and editing experience preferred but not required
