- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (ACCURO) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
