REW is looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our high tech, high performing Customer Experience Team. We are excited to welcome the next REW Support Superstar to be on the front line and provide best in class support for our clients. This role is responsible for delivering support and customer advocacy, while ensuring our customers experience is effortless and memorable. When our clients succeed, we succeed

**The competencies required for you to be successful in this role are**:
Considers, prioritizes, and takes action on the needs of both internal and external customers to demonstrate **Customer Focus**. The Customer Support Specialist will be relied on to actively solicit internal/external customer feedback in order to improve business relationships, always striving to provide additional value to the customer experience.
Organization and execution to meet objectives on time, with high quality and process follow-through are expected to demonstrate the **Planning and Results Orientation** competency. The Customer Support Specialist will be relied on to take initiative and not be satisfied with the status quo, identifying opportunities to improve work processes and efficiencies.
The ability to develop and maintain internal and external trusting, professional relationships. It also includes using listening and understanding to build rapport to demonstrate the **Relationship Building** competency. The Customer Support Specialist will be relied on to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds, and has a reputation as a neutral, approachable professional with internal and external clients.
