The Regional Manager at Lena's Roti & Doubles is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high food quality and customer service standards, implementing strategies for profitability, maintaining compliance with regulations and monitoring sales data and profitability for all locations.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills along with a passion for Caribbean cuisine and culture.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervise and oversee the operations of multiple locations within a designated region
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional managers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Manage projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
