**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in a timely manner.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon environment.
- Preserve an organized workspace to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell retail products and complimentary services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with the team for support and promote mutual growth.

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a Nail Technician; additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in performing dry/European and Russian manicures and pedicures preferred.
- Proven experience in nail care services, including knowledge of current trends and techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to recommend/upsell products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Leadership skills are a plus.
