As the Atlantic Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies General Manager, you will be a key driver of sales growth and team performance in the region. You will lead, motivate, and support the sales team to exceed targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive profitability. Your leadership will shape strategic sales initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the region’s continued success.

- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety within the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within the crane, lifting, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, business operations, and strategic planning.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive work environment.
