**About the role**:
As a Regulatory Associate, you’re at the forefront of shaping the synergy between our innovative products and the regulatory framework that guides them. Seeking a meticulous and proactive individual, this role offers you the chance to be the regulatory lead on pivotal projects, honing your communication skills, and nurturing robust partnerships — all while delivering critical tasks that influence our global presence. Your contributions will be impactful and meaningful, as you begin to navigate and influence the regulatory scenery that defines our industry.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develops and executes regulatory strategy to support project deliverables
- Has an understanding of relevant Canadian regulations and communicates impact to business (Food and Drug Regulations, Volatile Organic Compound Concentration Limits for Certain Products Regulations, Pest Control Products Regulations, Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, etc.)
- Drives regulatory processes and effectively work with authorities to ensure timely filing, registration, approval, permits and maintenance of product registration in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements and with business objectives.
- Stays abreast of, interprets and communicates existing and proposed government regulations, registration requirements, and labelling changes that impact, business to a diverse audience.
- Applies these changes as necessary to facilitate Reckitt’s business plans and long-term goals
- Serves as a primary representative of/spokesperson for Regulatory and Safety Affairs on project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Establishes and maintains communication channels and constructive rapport with key partner in R&D/Manufacturing, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver regulatory and business outcomes.
- Represents Reckitt in Key Industry and Academic groups
- Engagement with Health Canada and/or applicable Regulators (ECCC, etc.)

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Robust regulatory strategy development and implementation
- Acumen and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- High ability to manage multiple complex projects within tight deadlines.
- Minimum 3 years of consumer health product Regulatory Affairs experience
- A minimum Bachelors of Science in Nutrition sciences (Nutrition) or Biological Science with Post grad Regulatory Affairs Certificate preferred (Health)
- Ability to communicate scientific issues and technical reports to internal and/or external audiences
- This role is not currently sponsoring Visas or considering international movement at this time.
