The Guest Insight Coordinator is responsible for providing responses to on-site Guests via digital communication platforms, gathering information from guests in post departure surveys, supporting the mailing program and all season pass related responsibilities and for supporting the administrative function of preparing for day group guests.

**Hourly rate of pay starts at $20.50/hour**
- **Potential for extension past March**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Reports on recreation-based guest feedback. Provides input/insight into the development of communications tools based on feedback from guests.
- As directed by Supervisor, provides support to the Season Pass Program, including management of Staff Pass data and administrative functions related to our local pass products.
- As directed by the Supervisor, provides support to the Group Facilitation Program; includes ticket printing.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- 1-2 years of experience working in Blue Mountain Guest Services, Contact Centre and/or hotel Front Desk preferred.
- Working knowledge of RTP point of sale system is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team oriented with a friendly, cheerful, positive, professional, and animated demeanor.
- Recognizing areas of opportunity for improvement and taking self-direct action to correct.
- Enjoys handling several tasks simultaneously.
