**What You Will Be Doing**
- Ensure the asphalt plant is being operated in a professional and competent manner
- Unload asphalt cement from trucks to proper storage tanks and completing associated paperwork
- Work with Quality Control to ensure materials are being produced to required specifications
- Monitor and maintaining plant equipment
- Assist with loading trucks, answering phones, and other plant duties as required
- Follow and promote **BURNCO's** safety program to ensure all policies are followed

**Requirements**:
**What We Would Like From You**

**Education & Experience**
- Asphalt plant operation and maintenance experience of at least one (1) year
- Ability to work shifts at both asphalt plants, as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Class 5 Driver's License with clean driver's abstract

**Skills**
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
