**Job Summary**

As a Retail Sales Associate at Teter Warm, you will maintain visual and merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You’ll also play a key role in supporting back-of-house operations, including content creation, inventory management and stockroom organization. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you may be asked to assist with a variety of other store responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Complete transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Provide support in maintaining store appearance, including restocking and organizing displays.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to Teter Warm standards
- Ensure all merchandise is presentation ready for the sales floor by steaming garments
- Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers with style, fit, and product details
- Drive sales through customer engagement and product suggestions.
- Perform daily inventory tasks including restocking, receiving shipments and inventory control
- Support stockroom operations and ensure accurate product organization
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, brand-aligned manner
- Assist in creating engaging in-store content, including daily Instagram Stories and Reels
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or leadership team

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or retail is required.
- Children's retail stores experience is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
