**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the process.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues, creating detailed service orders for technicians.
- Engage in upselling of services and products based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and services rendered.
- Provide estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing for customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in upselling services and products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong technical knowledge of powersports vehicles is preferred.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
