Richmond Hill, Canada Memory Lane Home Living Inc Full time

We are looking for a musically talented volunteer who would like to put their talent into practice with our music program for caregivers and loved ones with dementia. Our Recreation Therapist & Music Therapist will guide you. Our program is Tuesdays from 1-3.

**Job Tasks**:

- Checking in participants (Covid Screening)
- Participating in music program
- Preparing tea & snack

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, **18 years or older** and interested in Music or Music Therapy.
- A creative passion for music.
- Willingness to learn.
- Will work with other volunteers and supervised by Recreation Therapist.
- Ideally, some experience or understanding of working with people living with dementia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Because we are working with a vulnerable group in our community, we rapid testing once a week.
