As a Midland Sales Representative, you will
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Address customer needs by developing solutions and making recommendations.
- Identify prospects and sell Midland Appliance products acting as trusted advisor to customers from start to finish
- Convert prospects into sales and meet sales goals; respond to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
- Service existing and new customers and establish new business by planning and organizing the daily work schedule
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products etc.

**The experience / skills we need**
- 1+ year work experience in a sales environment
- A self-motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency in an ever-changing marketplace
- Strong negotiation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid business acumen with excellent negotiation, problem solving and influential decision-making skills
- Proven aptitude for developing creative solutions to customer needs
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and grow existing and new business
- Strong knowledge of sales funnel, methods, practices, and techniques

Midland provides a 3-6 month guaranteed training salary

Following the training salary, you will move to a base salary plus commission and bonus pay structure.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
