General Duties:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management**:

- Administer and process bi-weekly payroll through the Ceridian platform, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Canadian payroll legislation.
- Maintain employee records in Ceridian, including updates to personal information, salary changes, tax details, and deductions.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure adherence to federal and provincial regulations regarding payroll taxes, deductions, and other compensation-related matters.
- Perform audits to ensure the integrity of payroll data and conduct reconciliation as needed.

**Employee Relations and Recruitment**:

- Work with our Agency partners to ensure seamless recruitment for company needs
- Support employees with all aspects of HR functions including Safety, Payroll discrepancies, vacations, coaching.etc
- Communicate changes in Lucid Corp policies
- Conduct Orientation with new hires and other training required.

**HR Administration**:

- Support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee files, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
- Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve any HR-related issues.

**Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations in safety.
- Conduct daily safety walks at your location.

**Other**:

- Employee Benefit Management
- Participation in company sponsored social activities required
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of all employee files and other sensitive information
- Lead by example; maintain a safe, secure enjoyable professional working environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Post Graduate or higher in Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on payroll administration and Ceridian.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce or similar payroll systems is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.

Typical working conditions:

- Schedule may change depending on business requirements. Monday to Friday
days, afternoon or nights may be required.
- Travel between sites required.
- Dealing with emergencies during non-office hours.
- Office environment with continuous interaction on manufacturing floor where PPE is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
