We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized and passionate about quality residential construction to join our team.

**Job Description**:

- Supervise sub-contractors by evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance
- Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
- Effectively schedule projects to ensure deadlines are met on time and on budget
- Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, scheduling deliveries, inspecting and verifying shipments from suppliers. Possible pick-ups for materials needed on site.
- Utilize online project management software for scheduling, provide training for staff and suppliers on platform usage, tracking to-do lists and warranty and send daily job updates to clients.
- Provide feedback to Project Manager and team on site progress, concerns, etc.
- Conduct site walkthroughs - organize deficiency lists
- Meet with clients, subcontractors and suppliers as needed
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Recommending procedural changes to Project Manager to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate inspections
- Must represent Bella Vista in a professional and responsible manner at all times
- Must be willing to complete small jobs on site - minor framing, service and warranty work, assist with jobsite close outs, clean up etc.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman Carpenter with experience in either rough carpentry, finishing carpentry or both
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Team building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with computers
- Knowledge of building code and construction safety
- Decision making skills
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Extensive knowledge of the residential construction process from 10+ years of experience in the industry, with a specific focus on custom projects
- Proven ability to plan and organize multiple projects
- Thinks big picture when on site and looks beyond the task at hand and communicates with the team if attention is needed in other areas.
- Takes great pride in their work and exceeding customer expectations.
- Enjoys working with a small team and pitching-in where help is needed, even if it’s outside of their normal scope

Pay: $78,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
