- **Responsibilities -**_

Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking system.

Inventory management of units on hand, service, storage, and sales.

Use client management system, company portals, online quote/ ordering sites, automated information systems, (i.e. Excel spreadsheet’s used to analyze inventory data). Maintain a balance between company policy

and customer benefit in decision making. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Will work with the team to help improve the office environment, support others and provide guidance and support whenever possible to ensure the success of the organization your fellow co-workers. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the work flow of all service related units. Management and distribution of work orders within our dealership. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and accurate completion and delivery of customer units.

**Duties**:

- Manage scheduling of service units incoming and out going.
- Maintain accurate service records for customer's and current inventory items.
- Coordinate with technicians to identify service and parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Process work orders and track progress to ensure timely completion and delivery
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the service department
- Utilize computerized dealer management software system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Operate a forklift to move and organize parts within the department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
