**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries to generate appointments.
- Accurately explain the services provided by RE/MAX Millennium and answer client questions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments of real estate agents.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client information and call outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an outbound call role or similar customer service position.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Experience with CRM software is an asset.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
