**Position**:Appointment Coordinator

**Location**:Edmonton, AB

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and answer questions about services and products
- Schedule appointments using company software and technology
- Collect payments from customers and enter data into company’s system
- Answer customer’s questions about services and products, providing information if necessary
- Manage customer communication in a professional manner, while keeping the customer’s privacy protected at all times
- Maintain the appearance of the office, including cleaning up front after appointments are made and back-office areas (cleaning, inventory)
- Assist with inventory control and maintain records of office supplies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Skills**:

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow processes.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Must be able to follow direction without being told what to do.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
