Appointment Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing efforts to generate leads and set appointments.
- Utilize CDK or similar CRM systems to manage client interactions and track appointment statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and enhance client relationships.
- Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both client needs and company availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in the database.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CDK or other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
