IT License, Procurement Administrative Associate

The incumbent provides procurement, administrative and operational support to IT Services CIO, project managers and staff. This role is responsible for the ongoing support of project forecasts, accruals, actuals and administers the procurement process for IT assets, licenses and services. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining resource schedule and employee and contractor timesheet accuracy - including vacation records - and reporting, Statement of Work management, invoice and coding, as well as project coordination when appropriate. The position requires an ability to adjust to a dynamic and evolving work environment in a positive and flexible way and must have excellent time management skills.
- Job Requirements- Three to five years of related administrative experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, customer service skills and a commitment to service excellence
- Administrative experience including processing finances and time sheets
- Demonstrated ability in setting priorities and balancing supporting and sometimes competing needs from multiple functions, multiple managers
- Able to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Superb organizational and time management skills, competent self-starter
- Skilled in Internet searches and organizing information retrieved.
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Competent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project and Access
- Familiarity with software licensing terms and agreements
- Ability to use online services to manage acquisition and licensing
- Additional Information- This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ADM-D with a salary range of $51,915 (minimum) to $61,077 (midpoint) to $70,238 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
