- **About the Role**
Behind the Wheel Superior North Driving Academy is seeking motivated and professional Driving Instructors to join our growing team. As an instructor, you’ll provide in-car training, help students build confidence, and prepare them for their G2 and G road tests using MTO-approved curriculum.

- Paid Training & Certification: We cover the cost of your instructor training and licensing so you can start your new career without upfront expenses.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $26/hour, with potential to earn up to $35/hour

- **Requirements**
- Must reside in Ontario with a valid full G driver’s license held for at least 4 years.
- Clean driving record ( No demerit points)
- Must pass a criminal record check and meet MTO instructor licensing requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
- Ability to work independently, with professionalism and reliability.
- Key qualities: patience, empathy, understanding, and compassion when supporting students of all skill levels.
