Driving Instructor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide hands-on driving instruction to students in various driving conditions.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills.
- Develop lesson plans that meet state requirements and cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and completion of required training.
- Stay updated on changes in traffic laws and best practices in driver education.
**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving and insurance record. Min of 25 years of age for insurance reasons.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
- Patience and the ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation and traffic laws.
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment that fosters student participation.
- Willing to learn how to drive properly so you can share those skills with new drivers.
- Supply your car, insurance, gas.
