The Corporate Services department provides centralized services to Definity in the areas of administration, travel and fleet management, reception, mail & supply services, food services, print services, property real estate and lease management services, space and construction project management, and facility operations.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Corporate Services, the Analyst, Transactional Documents is accountable for coordinating all printing for Definity Insurance, including policy and commercial printing. The incumbent will have a strong technical focus and be able to effectively troubleshoot/resolve issues in collaboration with vendor and IT partners. This position manages all aspects of the vendor relationship and ensures the highest quality and timely delivery of all printed materials.

**What can you expect in this role?**
- Print Management: Manages all aspects of transactional (policy) and commercial print production.
- Monitor service level agreements, audit, and report vendor performance. Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and the overall customer experience.
- Focus on continual process improvements and industry advancements/best practices.
- Provide consultation with internal customers on options, alternatives, cost estimates for print jobs. Liaise with vendors, provide technical and logístical information pertaining to the print projects.
- Recommend options that are environmentally beneficial and use sustainable practices in production.
- Reconcile print invoices and prepare purchase requisitions as required. Ensure invoicing and allocations are correct.
- Be the point of contact for print vendors for issue analysis, resolution, and day-to-day activities.
- Ensure adequate inventory is maintained on print production consumable items and that reasonable quantities are reordered.
- Facilitate governance meetings according to established timelines with vendors. This includes the scheduling, facilitating meeting, taking minutes and distributing the minutes to participants as well as proactively following up regularly on any outstanding action items.
- Effectively manage costs associated with the print programs.
- Utilize third party and internal resources to measure and report on metrics.
- Effectively cover duties of Coordinator, Vendor Programs during absences.

**What do you bring to this role?**
- College diploma. Print communications professionals international (PPP) designation and/or Print Buyers Program from Print University would be an asset.
- Intermediate technical skills, ability to navigate and pull reports from various vendor sites, and strong Microsoft office skills.
- A working understanding of how print is gathered and transmitted to the third-party printers by IT systems is an asset.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
- Works independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
