Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in sales or retail management, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cashiering
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficiency in sales management
- Strong math skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Experience in retail management is preferred
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Administrative proficiency for record-keeping and reporting
- Knowledge of retail sales processes
- Ability to perform clerk duties when needed
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
