**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
- Perform flooring installation and other finishing work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and gaps for weatherproofing.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Engage in construction estimating to assess material needs and project costs.
- Fabricate custom pieces as required for specific projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is advantageous for fabrication tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency in using various power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
