**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of teams on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Execute a range of on site tasks. Such as, framing, siding, roofing, window installation, insulation, drywall, finishing carpentry, etc.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Train and mentor carpenters in best practices and techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
