**The Role**

Are you looking to be a pivotal part of a dynamic marketing team? Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, this position plays a vital role on the marketing team. **As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Support the retail and foodservice marketing teams with planning, execution, and performance reviews for marketing activities and campaigns, including maintenance of annual marketing planning process and communication to internal stakeholders.
- Lead various marketing research assignments and provide analytical insights to identify opportunities for optimization and to support business growth.
- Manage social media pages, content creation for various company and brand accounts, and MarTech development.
- Monitor KPIs to measure social media and campaign performance. Provide those insights to stakeholders to prove value, shape future campaigns and inform overall marketing strategy.
- Assist in the development and updating of company’s marketing collateral, merchandising materials, sales materials, and shopper-based solutions.
- Support the execution of multiple global tradeshow activations and large events.
- Manage consumer inquiries and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Flexible in working with ad hoc requests, projects & other activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a business role
- Creative thinker with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing data and analytics management
- Strong communication (written & oral) skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
