Firmex is a global software-as-a-service provider with corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The company’s Firmex VDR service is the world’s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance.

The Sales Enablement Specialist is the catalyst to increase productivity and performance across the Firmex commercial teams. This role will be responsible for building the Sales Enablement practice at Firmex, including onboarding of new sellers, as well as the ongoing training and coaching of commercial team members on tools, technology, and sales process.

This critical role will work hand-in-hand with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, and other Business Partners to ensure our commercial teams are equipped to meet and exceed their targets.

**As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible to**:

- ** Education**:

- Create and maintain a robust Skills and Knowledge Development Framework for both onboarding and professional development of the Firmex commercial teams (business development, sales, success).
- Deliver training to new members of the Firmex commercial teams to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to be in the field and successfully sell as quickly as possible, as well as tenured members of the Firmex commercial team to help each one maximize their potential contribution to Firmex
- Develop competency assessment strategies that ensure all commercial team members are proficient in product knowledge, value proposition, messaging, competitive landscape, and sales process in line with their respective roles
- Work with Sales leadership to address future training needs, including the development of curricula and training programs aligned with new product introductions and entry into new markets. Proactively look for opportunities to simplify and improve training and learning content

Coaching**:

- Provide one-on-one and group-setting coaching to sellers to identify and develop opportunities for improvement with the goal of driving performance and growth and provide feedback to Sales leadership
- **
Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to strategically improve processes to enable sellers more time in the field
- Identify, advocate for, and manage the necessary tech stack to enable commercial team members to be successful in their roles

**What you'll need to be successful as a Sales Enablement Specialist**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A balance of 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B Sales (ideally in SaaS and/or financial services industry), Enterprise Account Management, Sales Enablement, coaching and/or training
- Knowledge of and experience in implementing adult learning methodologies are beneficial
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Confluence, Groove, and/or Gong are beneficial
- Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 10%
