At Orangetheory Fitness, workout participants are **personally trained **while completing intervals throughout a one hour training session. This workout helps build strength, increase energy, surpass workout plateaus and **burn between 500 - 1000 calories **per session. Participants even continue to **burn calories for 36 hours after the workout**

Orangetheory Fitness Newmarket-Aurora opened with a record membership base and is currently seeking a Full-Time Membership Associate for up to 40 hours per week. **_This is NOT a seasonal role. _**

**Schedule will include split shifts and weekday shifts that start as early as 5:00am and others that finish as late as 9:30pm. Weekend shifts will be required from as early as 6:30am to as late as 1:30pm on Saturdays and/or Sundays.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering exceptional and personable customer service to all members
- Leading studio tours and describing our offering
- Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators
- Establishing and maintaining an effective referral program
- Maintaining accurate records using established systems
- Answering telephone inquiries and conducting follow up customer care calls
- Greeting and interacting with members and guests enthusiastically and positively
- Responding to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Working closely with the fitness team for an exceptional member experience
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the studio at all times
- Positively representing the Orangetheory Brand

**Job Qualifications**:

- Face to face sales skills and knowledge of sales techniques required
- Prospecting skills and understanding of lead management
- Strong communication and energetic interpersonal skills a must
- A super positive attitude that fosters an amazing team environment
- The ability to stay organized and a high attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and anticipate member needs
- Experience in the fitness industry is considered an asset

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour plus sales commission

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:
