**POSITION**:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist with new membership sales. In addition, they also assist with front desk responsibilities and customer service for active members. We have a great training program that can teach you everything that there is to know

While this posting is for Sales Associates, since Club Pilates continues to expand, there are additional promotion opportunities available such as Senior Sales Associate, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager.

**LOCATION**:Richmond Hill / Vaughan / Newmarket / Aurora

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Good computer skills with ability to learn and use our proprietary software system
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Previous sales experience highly recommended

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute the sales process of lead management, follow-up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the club
- Maintain cleanliness of the club
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Other duties as assigned

**COMPENSATION & PERKS**:

- This position offers a very competitive hourly rate + commission
- Commission paid on membership and retail sales
- Growth opportunities to management positions
- Total pay is expected to be $20-25 an hour after commissions
- Free membership to the club

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
