**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to lead the planning and execution of mid-to-large scale construction projects. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with drafting team and review final drawings.
- Manage costs, labor tracking, and progress reporting.
- Oversee on-site day-to-day site operations including field staff and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with OHSA and company safety protocols.
- Act as primary liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
