We are currently seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our growing construction team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess strong estimating and organizational skills. Capable of monitoring and supporting site operations in all aspects from inception to successful completion, including cost control, planning and scheduling.
- Experience and sound knowledge of all construction terminology, documentation, contract documents, drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
- Understand, enforce and manage contractual responsibilities, contract documents, subcontracts and dispute resolution.
- Handling of all change management estimating, negotiating and processing.
- Effective communication, management and leadership skills in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with existing and new clients, consultants, subcontractors and fellow team members.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance of all applicable Quality Control/ Assurance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5+ Years’ experience in capacity of Project Manager within the construction industry on projects exceeding $2 Mil.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Project/Word).
- Spectrum software experience is an asset, but training is available.
- Considerable knowledge of industry standards, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Knowledge and strong abilities in project execution activities such as planning, project controls, scheduling and job costing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid team player with positive attitude.
