**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Oversee human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using Simply Accounting and other financial software.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development and team management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary.
- Ensure proper operation of multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in budgeting processes to maintain financial health of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office management role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Simply Accounting and other bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Strong background in human resources, payroll, and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with clerical duties, including filing systems and document organization.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
