We are excited to share that in November, we will be moving into our state-of-the-art new facility in Burlington, Ontario, providing a modern, well-equipped workspace for our growing team.

We are seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to join our Projects Division. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in maintaining organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Deliveries (Primary Focus)

- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory, tools, and equipment in the warehouse

- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments, label, and document items

- Pick, pack, and prepare project materials for site deliveries

- Load and unload trucks safely; deliver materials to various project sites

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries

- Manage returns, RMA processing, and inventory updates in Sage

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard area

Operations Support

- Support equipment control, maintenance, and safety inspections

- Assist with fleet coordination and basic vehicle upkeep

- Perform general facility maintenance, including snow removal, light repairs, and seasonal upkeep

- Prepare project kits and material dispatch packages as directed

- Support assembly of project materials (e.g., starter kits, valve tags, CO₂ kits)

Administrative Tasks

- Scan and record inventory in Sage, ensuring all transactions are documented

- Provide required documentation for project billing

- Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings to align priorities with the team

- Communicate effectively with internal departments on material and delivery schedules

**Requirements**:

- Valid G or DZ Driver’s License with a clean abstract

- Forklift certification (Raymond Reach preferred)

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using inventory software (Sage experience an asset)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work

- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented

- Bondable and eligible to work in Canada
