**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and food safety standards.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
