We are currently looking for **COOKS** to join our dynamic team at **RILEY'S FISH & STEAK.**Our newest fine-dining concept. We offer a completely chef-driven menu and an ambiance that’s simply unmatched.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- FOODSAFE certification is an asset
- Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Experience as a line cook - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc.
- Likes to work as part of a team
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

**TO WORK FOR US**: You MUST have valid proof of Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada with proof as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Valid Work Permit.
