**LIFT BAR AND GRILL** located in Coal Harbour, is currently looking for an experienced seafood professional to work with our Chef on creating a fish and seafood program that utilizes the best seasonal seafood. Will involve some R&D to make the best tasting seafood possible. Will explore various techniques to dry and wet aging, curing, marinate, smoking etc. Will use 'unsung heroes' from local water direct from the boats. Must have a passion for fish and seafood.
