Our team is recognized through the _Growth 500_ ranking for the last two years as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, and we are currently seeking an **Experienced** **Carpenter **for our Woodhouse Restorations department.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ability to complete drywall repairs including insulation, vapour barrier, mud, and taping.
- Installation of trim, doors, and associated hardware.
- Rough interior framing.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of residential and commercial environments.
- Ability to lead a crew and ensure quality and efficiency within the team.
- Always maintaining quality workmanship.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-4 years construction/carpentry experience required.
- Hand and power tool experience required.
- Valid class G driver’s license required.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a police background check.
- Supply personal carpentry tools.
- Experience in painting and minor flooring installation is considered an asset.
