**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Restore and repair surfaces by performing drywall work and caulking as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting projects.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure high-quality project finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project.
- Experienced with mudding, caulking, and prepping and knowledgeable of different techniques of painting commercial and residential.
- Knowledge of spray painting is an asset.
- Manage time efficiently to complete projects within designated timelines while maintaining quality standards.

**Skills**
- Proficient in residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of caulking methods and drywall repair processes.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
- Experience with power tools commonly used in painting and construction work.
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus for performing minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
