**As the**_WFPS Systems Coordinator-Business, _**you will**:

- Analyze and design new or changed processes, procedures and user interface
- Provide daily issue investigation and act as liaison with the IT Division and/or software vendor on long-term resolution to issues
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing for upgrades, modifications, enhancements and other changes
- Coordinate and liaison with other branches, divisions and departments to ensure optimum use of the systems.

**Your education and qualifications include**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field; or a combination of training and experience.
- Successful completion of Prosci certification would be considered an asset
- Successful completion of CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification would be considered an asset.
- Two (2) years’ experience directly related to the work or job duties of the position.
- Experience investigating, analyzing and evaluating complex issues and developing and implementing practical solutions and tools to meet the needs of a changing business.
- Experience providing quality customer service and creating a customer focused team.
- Experience assessing training needs and preparing and conducting training sessions. This includes the preparation of training materials suitable for a variety of people.
- Knowledge of Record Management and Roster/ Scheduling Systems and associated work processes would be an asset.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex material both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to gather and analyze processes as well as analyze statistical data related to business system performance and determine training needs and overall system requirements to implement solutions to create efficiencies.
- Ability to monitor and report on business system performance to the system / business owners.
- Ability to provide leadership and advisory direction to others and to develop a creative and team-based work environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, external contacts and the public, in accordance with the Respectful Workplace Standard.
