**Role Responsibilities**
- Employee Orientation - Develop, maintain and execute onboarding and orientation processes. Ensure the team member experience is consistent with the organization's brand and values, and that shutdown hires have all the necessary documentation and pre-employment checks completed to start on time.
- Onboarding and Offboarding - Initiating and monitoring the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes for shutdown hires, completing onboarding and orientations.
- HR Administrative Duties - Creating and maintaining files for shutdown hires, ensuring offers of employment are signed and that all onboarding paperwork is accurately completed and returned, managing timesheet submissions and approvals, printing/issuing paystubs and issuing ROE’s.

**Role Requirements**
- High School Diploma, HR qualifications considered an asset
- 1-3 years’ Administration experience, ideally in HR and/or Payroll is an asset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
- Intermediate level use of MS Excel is essential.
- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works with professionalism and integrity, diligently handling confidential and sensitive information.
