**Athabasca University's Office of the Registrar is currently recruiting for two Examination ServicesAdministrators.**

**One Full-Time permanent position.**

**One Full-Time temporary position ending December 5, 2025.**
- First consideration will be given to internal applicants according to the AUPE Collective Agreement, Article 11.02_

**The Position**:
**Qualifications**:

- A two-year post secondary diploma isa requirement,supplemented with two years increasingly responsible clerical and/or customer service experience. An equivalent combination may be considered. Experience in an educational environment would be an asset.
- Knowledge of data entry and retrieval operations in a computerized information system such as Banner would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the internet and basic information search procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to set one's own priorities in an environment with changing and complex policies and procedures.
