We are currently looking for a
**Communications Coordinator **to join our Communications team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of initiatives across communications, promotions, and sales development. If you have a high degree of attention to detail and organization, as well as the ability to offer input on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Maintain and update all sales materials including presentations and forms
- Support website maintenance, enhancements, and analytics
- Provide support for posting and organization of our SharePoint
- Develop, monitor, and maintain our LinkedIn corporate page and social media presence
- Support competitor and market intelligence initiatives
- Support firm promotional tactics and marketing campaigns

**What You Bring**
- At least two years of experience working in a similar role and having financial services experience is a huge asset
- Familiarity with investment sales, product knowledge or a general interest in investments beneficial
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or equivalent employment experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat essential; Salesforce CRM, SharePoint and Photoshop an advantage
- Experience of website maintenance, LinkedIn and other social media
- Collaborative, team player who demonstrates a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
- French language skills an asset
